If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or exchange.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels remain attached to the garments.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
